Welcome

Born in NY in 1965, after her parents escaped from communist Hungary in 1956 seeking for a new life in freedom of expression, Krisztina Zugor grew up in the middle of a creative era, inspired by an artistic family, her father being a well-known Hungarian painter, and her mother working as a textile stylist and colorist.
She then studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (1984-1987) and persued her learning at the Academy of Fine Arts of Hungary (1988-1989).

She traveled between the United States and across Europe for exhibitions and different Art Symposiums. Especially in France where she settled with her husband and two children in 2000.

This day, she is still creating in her studio in Valence, France.
